Delivery of bikes and equipment to participants and answering any questions. Quick analysis of the first route: PortariaAgios Lavrentios. Participants will have the opportunity in their free time to walk around and to get to know two of the most beautiful villages of Pelion, Portaria and  Makrinitsa.

Day 2 | After breakfast, start for the first step of the trip from Portaria (hight 650 m) to Agios Lavrentios (hight 600 m). The trail is 18 km of moderate difficulty. Generally it will take approximately 3 hours with stops. First on the village square of Drakeia, at a springtime traditional serving coffee under the huge plane tree. The day’s trail ends in Agios Lavrentios. At the hotel a car will be waiting for luggage to be picked up. The rest of the day is free to enjoy the area, spectacular views, a beer or ouzo. Late in the afternoon there we have a get-together to discuss the next day.

Day 3 | Breakfast until 9:30 and start for the next tour stage from Agios Lavrentios (hight 600 m) to Milies (Mileai) (hight 400 m). Total route is 21 kilometers. A supreme route passing through streams, wild vegetation, and picturesque chapels. The lowest point has a hight of 300 meters, and at a few points it is necessary to get off and walk a short distance. It is a beautiful route with stops for picnics in the woods, a visit to a monastery in the area and enjoy a huge variety fauna and flora. In Milies (Mileai), we collect the luggage and transfer you to the hotel. Walks along the cobbled streets of the village, visits to library, the old train station and local shops will fill our day. Briefing for the next day’s route in the evening between beers and appetizers in the village square.

Day 4 | A good breakfast until 9.30 and start for the next route from Milies (Mileai) (hight 400 meters) to Argalasti village (height 260 meters). Total distance 25 km, taking roughly 3,5 hours on a route mainly on dirt roads. Beautiful picturesque scenery all the way to Argalasti. In the traditional village square are various shops under the trees, cobblestone streets and friendly people create a comfortable, open, and inviting atmosphere. We  relax, swim in the hotel pool, and enjoy the night life of the village.

Day 5 | After a good breakfast, the next stage is from Argalasti (hight 260 meters) to Lafkos (hihgt 330 meters). Location, view and sorroundings are unique. In the picturesque square of Lafkos we will spend the evening eating traditional food and drinking local wine!

Day 6 | This day’s cycling is the easiest in the route. We start from Lafkos and we finish our trip to Milina village after cycling in the hill’s around (hight 0 meters) on the coast of the Pagasitic Gulf. It is a ride of about 1,5 hours. Milina remains an gorgeous traditional, laid-back yet popular spot on the Pagasetic Gulf coast. We will be able to enjoy the ‘nightlife’, rest, have fun, and swim in the sea. One of the nicest places to relax watching one of the best sunsets in Greece.

Day 7 | Breakfast until 10.00 prior to departure. The route is from Milina to Alogoporos village (Trikeri), along a quiet and safe minor asphalt road following the coastline. The distance is 32 kilometers, taking about 2.5 hours. Our bike tour ends in Alogoporos, but not our trip. We leave the bikes and cross by boat to the island of Trikeri – a small island in the Pagasitic Gulf where there are no cars. Accommodation will be in an old monastery, and from there we will walk the trails of this unique island where noise and pollution are unknown. In seaside tavernas we will eat fresh fish and swim in the beautiful deserted beaches.

Day 8 | At around 16:00 we board a tour cruise boat to cross the Pagasitic Gulf along deserted islands, stopping off to have a swim and enjoy the crystal-clear sea waters. The journey ends at the port of Kala Nera, where we can have dinner and enjoy the night. Stay overnight in Kala Nera.
